Q: Are you factory or trading company ?
A: We are factory for 20 years, our factory located in Guangzhou city Guangdong China .
Q: Can customers order different colors and models in one order?
A: Sure. Mixed colors and models are acceptable. One 20GP we suggest 3- 4 models, one 40HQ we suggest 5-6 models.
Q: How to get samples?
A: For small sample, you can get for free. For doors, there will be some model charge, and we will refund the sample charge to you if you place order next time.
Q: What’s your trade terms and payment term?
A: Our trade term is EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF. Payment term is 30% deposit by T/T before mass production, the balance paid upon receive the copy of B/L(L/C at sight is available).
